Injections from£600To confirm

The right joint
treatment starts
with the right
diagnosis.

Four specialist injections, delivered by trained doctors, with the one you are offered decided by what your joint actually shows. Clear prices, published up front.

Not ready to book? Speak to a coordinator first. It is a practical conversation about access and cost, not a medical assessment.

  • Imaging reviewed before any decision
  • Four treatments, not one
  • Structured follow-up

How the four differ

Two questions decide the treatment: what needs to change, and how worn the joint is.

Two of these treat how the joint feels. Two work on the surface itself. Within each pair, the stage of wear decides which one fits. That is why these are four tools and not four versions of the same injection.

Manage the symptoms

Treats how the joint feels. The surface itself is left as it is.

Change the surface

Works on the cartilage itself, aiming to rebuild or support it.

Select a stage or a treatment to see how they relate. Nothing is offered for a healthy joint, and bone-on-bone wear does not rule treatment out, though a joint replacement is sometimes the better answer.

Medical review requiredEach range is taken from the group’s existing approved copy, cited in src/data/treatments.ts. Professor Lee still needs to confirm them for AMSK, particularly which joints each treatment covers.

Treatments

What each one is for, and what it costs.

Every price includes the consultation and the injection. Suitability is confirmed at assessment, never online.

Lubrication and symptom relief

Hyaluronic acid

Supplements the fluid inside the joint so the surfaces move against each other with less friction. It does not change the cartilage.

Why assessment comes first

A product-led clinic sells you what it stocks. We would rather read the joint.

Two knees with the same diagnosis can need opposite treatments. Whether the damage is contained or spread, how the joint is loaded, whether it is inflamed, what you have already tried, and what you want back: all of it changes the answer.

Sometimes the honest answer is that an injection is not the right move at all. You will be told that too.

    Records and imaging

We look at what you already have before asking you to pay for anything new.

  2. 02

    Assessment

A specialist examines the joint and reads the imaging against your symptoms.

  3. 03

    Shared decision

You are told which treatments fit, which do not, and what each one cannot do.

  4. 04

    The procedure

A single in-clinic injection, placed under ultrasound guidance where needed.

  5. 05

    Follow-up

A review appointment, and your outcome recorded so the network learns from it.

Medical review requiredLocation list, treatment availability per site and the badging of each clinic all need confirming before this page is published.

Ready when you are.

Book an assessment at your nearest clinic, or talk it through with a coordinator first. That call is about access and cost, not a medical opinion.
